Cholesterol
I was able to reduce my cholesterol levels so low my doctor said it was almost too low. How? Stop drinking cow’s milk, start drinking Soy Silk Milk. I use it on my cold cereal, oatmeal, (good ole fashioned mother’s oats, not instant, too many cheaters), and pancakes.
Eggs
Three whole per week maximum (never Egg Beaters, they have too many chemicals). If I want more I eat the Egg Whites only, plus some sautéed onions or cayenne hot sauce.
Bread
Keplinger Whole Wheat Bread is good real whole wheat bread. Legally to be called “Whole Wheat”, bread only has to have 1% whole wheat, white flour, and brown food coloring.
Margarine
Smart Balance only, a soy product. Soy is great, NO butter or other margarine.
Fruits and Vegetable
Assorted kinds and colors
